International Sailfish Tournament
January
International event where the vessels sail in search of the biggest sailfish. Participants also compete in fishing tuna and marlin to obtain the first three places. There is a popular dance that takes place for this event.
Triatlón Huatulco ITU June
Maybe one of the most important events of this destiny where amateur triathlon athletes participate together with elite national and international athletes. The destiny is seat for the final championship. The national press and the National Sports Committee (CONADE) are present during the event.
Dorado Fishing Tournament October
International event where vessels sail in search of the biggest sailfish. Participants also compete in fishing tuna and marlin to obtain the first three places of each category. When the tournament participants return a popular dance is celebrated.
Motofest HuatulcoNovember
More than 900 bikers, men and women participants, lovers of motorcycles are invited to concentrate in a brotherly and solidarity event to enjoy two to three days of family entertainment where the locals and bikers come together.
International Jazz FestivalNovember
This is the most respectable forum where Jazz is promoted in Oaxaca. It is celebrated during the National Week of Conservation. For three days artists, musicians, composers and the public lovers of the genre and Mexican Culture are concentrated together.
Coffee in Pluma Hidalgo FestivalDecember
Pluma Hidalgo is located just one hour and a half away from Huatulco. In this festival, coffee farmers get together and celebrate a festival where the best coffee in the world is presented.
